Issues printing PDF materials, like missing or incorrect characters, are usually caused by printing directly from your web browser. For best results, download your PDF materials onto your device and print them using PDF software like Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If you are printing PDF materials doubled-sided and pages are misaligned, we recommend printing all pages except the cover to realign the remaining pages.

Unfortunately many built-in speakers, especially those found in smartphones or tablets, may have trouble competing with the sound of a keyboard or piano. For best results, we recommend turning the on-video volume controls all the way up and then making additional adjustments with your device volume controls.

If you are still having trouble hearing clearly, we suggest plugging your device into an external speaker or listening with headphones.

If you are experiencing excessive video buffering, your Internet connection might not support continuous playback at your selected video quality. Using the on-video controls, switch to “Auto” in the quality menu to let the player automatically select the best quality video file to stream. If “Auto” is not available, try one of the lower quality options.

We also recommend closing other browser tabs or apps that may be using your Internet connection, and making sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
